Nokia 7110 - Step-by-step Configuration 

1 - Select Menu on the left blue button of the screen
2 - Using the Naviroller scroll up one setting to Services
3 - Click the Naviroller
4 - Using Naviroller scroll down to Settings
5 - Click Naviroller twice
6 - Using the Naviroller scroll down to select an un-allocated configuration set
7 - Click the Naviroller
8 - Using the Naviroller scroll down to Rename
9 - Click the Naviroller once
10 - Using the Clear blue button delete the existing entry and enter a new name
11 - Click on the left OK blue button
12 - Click the Naviroller once
13 - Using the Naviroller scroll down to Edit
14 - Click the Naviroller twice
15 - Now enter the homepage setting
16 - Click on OK on the left blue button
17 - Using the Naviroller scroll down one setting to Connection type and confirm that this is set to Temporary. 
If it is set to Continuous then click the Naviroller to select this option and scroll up to select Temporary. 
18 - Then click the Naviroller again to complete this selection
19 - Using the Naviroller scroll down one setting to Connection security and confirm that this is set to Off .
If it is set to On then click the Naviroller to select this option and scroll down to select Off. Then click the Naviroller again to complete this selection
20 - Using the Naviroller scroll down one setting to Bearer and confirm that this is set to Data If it is set to SMS then click the Naviroller to select this option and scroll down to select Data. Then click the Naviroller again to complete this selection
21 - Using the Naviroller scroll down one setting to Dial-up number
22 - Click the Naviroller once
23 - Now enter the dial-up number
24 - Click on OK on the left blue button
25 - Using the Naviroller scroll down one setting to IP address
26 - Click the Naviroller once
27 - Now enter the IP address
28 - Click on OK on the left blue button
29 - Using the Naviroller scroll down one setting to Authentication type and confirm that this is set to Normal 

30 - If it is set to Secure then click the Naviroller to select this option and scroll up to select Normal. Then click the Naviroller again to complete this selection
31 - Using the Naviroller scroll down one setting to Data call type and confirm that this is set to ISDN 
32 - If it is set to Analogue then click the Naviroller to select this option and scroll down to select ISDN. Then click the Naviroller again to complete this selection
31 - Using the Naviroller scroll down one setting to Data call speed and confirm that this is set to 9600
32 - If it is set to 14400 or Auto-bauding then click the Naviroller to select this option and scroll up to select 9600.
33 - Then click the Naviroller again to complete this selection
32 - Using the Naviroller scroll down one setting to User name
33 - Click the Naviroller once
34 - Now enter the user name notified to you
35 - Click on OK on the left blue button
36 - Using the Naviroller scroll down one setting to Password
37 - Click the Naviroller once
38 - Now enter the password of access
39 - Click on OK on the left blue button
40 - Now re-enter the password of access
41 - Click on OK on the left blue button
42 - Now reboot the phone by switching off
43 - Switch on phone
44 - Select Menu on the left blue button
45 - Using the Naviroller scroll up one setting to Services
46 - Click the Naviroller
47 - Using the Naviroller scroll down to Settings
48 - Click the Naviroller twice
49 - Using the Naviroller scroll down to select your preferred URL
50 - Click the Naviroller once to activate this setting
51 - Click on Back on the right blue button
52 - Using the Naviroller scroll up to select Home
53 - Click the Naviroller once to connect to the your home page
