Developed with the mobile professional in mind, the StarTAC Mobile Organizer offers view and write access to critical contact, calendar and to-do information and enables one-touch phone number dialing.

Using patented TrueSync^(R) technology from Starfish, this clip-on device synchronizes with popular Web-Calendars, desktop organizers and PDAs including Yahoo! Calendar & Address Book, Microsoft^(R) Outlook^(R), Lotus Organizer^(R), Lotus Notes, ACT!^TM, Sidekick^(R) , Palm III, and REX PRO^(R), allowing users to stay in touch and up-to-date.

The Motorola StarTAC Mobile Organizer is an ideal solution for mobile users who require immediate access to personal information and want to get more out of their wireless phone.

With the click of a key, users can synchronize the Mobile Organizer with leading desktop Personal Information Managers and other popular PDAs.

The Organizer also allows users to export phone numbers directly from the device to the StarTAC's internal phone directory.

The Organizer's display can be rotated 180 degrees to enable both right- and left-handed use. The Organizer also allows for simple single-click dialing of phone numbers directly from its address book.

The Motorola StarTAC Mobile Organizer is a rugged, 2.3-ounce device that holds critical contact and calendar information.

Powered by two watch-class lithium batteries, the device runs for approximately nine months before a battery change is required. Its high-resolution screen is easy to view and update, and the Organizer clips easily on the back of any analog, CDMA or TDMA digital StarTAC phone.

The suggested retail price of the device will be under $250 USD. Consumers will have two options when purchasing the new product: they can purchase the StarTAC cellular phone and the StarTAC Mobile Organizer in one complete package or buy the Mobile Organizer on its own.

Included in both packages are Starfish's TrueSync Desktop Organizer and TrueSync Plus synchronization software as well as a thin synchronization cable. Final pricing of the StarTAC phone and Organizer combination package is still being determined.
