WAP = Wireless Application Protocol



The Across Wireless Security Module (WPKI) connects the application delivery platform to a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). 

The module requests and manages PKCS #15 (WIM) style certificates through connections to Certificate Authorities. The module also links to GSM card personalization systems.

It is a solution for symmetric and asymmetric security schemes linking to the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

Adding the PKI module to the application delivery system, WADP, enables a large number of secure wireless terminals to interface online with the Internet, and brings new dimensions to secure wireless eCommerce.
