flip-type phone with a high resolution LCD. Weighing 99g, it comes in various
colours and includes a student timetable as part of the PIM (Personal
Information Management) package which also has a scheduler. It has a 128 x 64
pixels LCD display ideally suited to the PIM feature and Internet access through
the WAP 1.1 browser. |

Predictive
text input (T9) means that the user presses just one key per letter and the
phone quickly recognizes the most commonly used word of a numeric sequence.
Ring tones can be customised or even own melodies created. Melody composition is
available through PC synchronisation software called "Easy GSM". PC
sychronisation also allows information from a PC such as a scheduler or student
timetable to be downloaded via a special connection between the mobile phone and
PC.
The SGH-R200 has a special feature called Multimedia
messaging, which allows users to send SMS messages accompanied by pictures,
animation, and special ring tones within Samsung phones
