The first GPRS phone from Panasonic is characterised by a large grey-scale display with 16 characters x 10 linne + 2 lines for icons

It has a GUI (Graphical User Interface) and a navigation joystick (5 directions) for fast navigation between the pages web and T9 for sending SMS

Iit has an integrated modem, games, calendar and agenda.

A practical feature is the option to use the phone for a phone call while you are reading your e-mail or taking advantage of other GPRS services.
