Celtel To Expand in Africa |

2006 Celtel International is
planning to enter the mobile markets of Angola, Senegal and Ghana in an
expansion programme expected to cost around USD500 million.
The expansion plans were
originally expected to be finalised by the end of 2005 but have been
mired by high-level regulatory hitches in the target countries.
