ZTE Awarded National CDMA Network Project in Algeria
ZTE announced today that it has been awarded a contract to construct the
national CDMA network in Algeria. Under the contract, ZTE will provide equipment
with a capacity of 120,000 lines for the first phase of the project. The network
covers 43 provinces and adopts 1.9GHz CDMA WLL technology. The project is
scheduled to put into operation at the end of this year, and upon completion of
the network construction, it will be the largest CDMA WLL wireless access
network in Africa. |
