Ericsson has signed a frame agreement with the Polish operator Polkomtel
to supply GSM, EDGE and WCDMA network equipment to complement the existing
Plus GSM network.
Under the agreement, Ericsson will deliver and implement 2G and 3G
network elements and will secure integration and optimization of the system,
including multi-vendor infrastructure integration. Ericsson will also
provide training and technical support for the supplied solutions. During
the first year Ericsson will assist in network maintenance. Deliveries will
start in 2005.

Ericsson GSM, EDGE and WCDMA high capacity network infrastructure will be
supplied for Plus GSM network, making it possible for the operator to offer
attractive consumer services.
