Redknee Inc. the market leader in open architecture wireless solutions, announced today the delivery of the Synaxis™ Multi-SIM integrated network service solution to O2 Germany.

This lets users have multiple devices connected to the same number, and uses a Web-based interface to let them designate where different types of traffic go, for instance specifying one SIM/device for voice calls, another for data, another for SMS.

Building on its strong service infrastructure solution base, Redknee unifies the delivery of mobile services (voice, SMS, MMS, USSD and location based services) to multiple devices (SIMs) for one mobile user.

Redknee has enabled a new paradigm in mobile service usage, where a mobile user can talk on the phone using one device, while browsing WAP content on a second device and receiving SMS/MMS on the third device. All devices can be profiled and controlled independently through web and device based self-care.
