  43. All ringtones, picture messages, cli icons, screensavers, and operator logos as defined by ETSI and the GSM Association are sourced from iTouch plc and is provided under an official agreement with iTouch plc and its worldwide subsidiries. 

  44. We pay royalties to relevant copyright bodies where applicable in each of our Smart Messaging delivery areas.

  45. The automated IVR (Interactive Voice Response) platform used to deliver any ringtones, operator logos, group graphics, and picture messages, and facilities used to create any operator logos and ringtones are provided by iTouch plc and we do not warrant the information sourced from iTouch plc nor the delivery of any ringtones, group graphics, picture messages, screensavers, operator logos as defined by ETSI, GSM Association EMS, and the Nokia SmartMessaging Protocol. These facilities are used entirely at the users own risk. All enquiries must be directed directly to http://www.itouch.co.za.

  46. UK/Northern Ireland PRS calls are 1.50 Pound per minute including UK VAT. Ireland PRS calls are 1 Pound per minute including VAT. Australian calls are A$3.85/min. New Zealand calls are NZ$3.50/min. Calls should last no longer than 2  minutes, but will depend on user selections and tastes. Users who are under legal age in their country should consult their parent/guardian before calling any phone numbers. You agree that you have the bill payers consent to use their line to access any of our PRS services.
