The interface of Handy Safe provides good oversight and makes it easy to retrieve data

Handy Safe for Nokia 7650 from Epocware stores a vast amount of different kinds of personal and confidential information in a device that's with you any time and any place you go - and once entered, protected by 448-bit Blowfish encryption.

The application provides 34 different templates for entering information, ranging from addresses through credit cards, calling cards, clothes sizes, combination locks, driver's licenses, e-mail accounts, ISP accounts, passport info, prescriptions, various serial numbers and web sites. All of the templates are well thought out, and it's easy to add, rename and delete fields after an entry is created using a template.

Entries can be hierarchically nested into folders, and Handy Safe provides one view with small and one with large icons for users to choose from.

The icons are color-rich and distinctive, which is a major benefit in terms of quick navigation - even though the number of items can grow quite large, the hierarchical nesting options and icons still allow for quick and hassle-free look-up of information.

 

Handy Safe offers options to protect access to the entire application by means of the same password that has to be entered upon opening the application should the device be left active for a certain amount of time, or if Handy Safe is placed in the background.
