 The EDGE Consultants has released a self-developed beta version of a fully compliant wireless application protocol (WAP ver 1.1) browser for the Palm OS 3.1 Computing Platform called the WAPmanTM.

Using The EDGE-developed WAPmanTM, the user can now surf WAP sites and perform transactions.

To assist developers in producing WAP applications and services, The EDGE has also released a WAP tool kit for Windows that provides an environment for developers to run applications on a PC-based simulator.

WAPmanTM currently supports:

WAP 1.1
WML 1.1 including tables and images
WMLScript and libraries (alpha support)
